Dr. Erin M. Kiella has been a consultant with Real Property Analytics, Inc. since 2015. Dr. Kiella has provided expertise in complex valuation analysis and litigation support in a number of substantial class action and mass tort litigation cases both at the certification and merits stages throughout the United States. Dr. Kiella specializes in evaluating potential property value diminution from alleged environmental contamination stemming from a variety of on and off-site sources, with particular expertise in rural land matters and statistical modeling.

Dr. Kiella is an assistant research economist with the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University. Her research focuses on rural land market trends and valuation, agricultural lending markets, and building econometric models to better understand and predict changes in the markets. Before joining the Center in January 2018, Dr. Kiella was a strategy consultant with California-based The Wonderful Company, research assistant with the Agricultural and Food Policy Center at Texas A&M University, consultant with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and assistant research analyst with AgriLogic Insurance Service. She was also previously employed by Texas A&M University as a lecturer and teaching assistant.

Dr. Kiella has a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University and a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Loyola University in Chicago. She is also a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
